He supervises the spa's other medical and ancillary staff.
The spa is exclusive to treatments for Males and all employees must be male only.
He manages a team of permanent and on call doctors, therapists and masseurs – capacity of 15 treatment rooms.
The director is also working closely with the Hotel Management and owners with plans, financial projections, marketing actions, and building a team of on call doctor specialists and therapists.
Qualifications
Ideally with an experience of 5 years in a similar position.
Male Thai Nationals.
Strong understanding on Medical and Beauty Spa treatments, and connection within the specialists of the industry in Thailand.
Good in management (finance, human resources, administrative and interpersonal skills).
Position available from October 2021.
